The agitator type flotation machine, also called the agitator type flotation cell or the agitator type flotation separator, works as a kind of air self-suction flotation machine which is good at the separation of non-ferrous metals and non-metal minerals.

The characteristic of the agitator type flotation machine is that the air and pulp are mixed by the mechanical mixing device. The XJK type agitator type flotation cell is the most popular machine in the Chinese market and it has the other name of “A-type flotation machine”.

When the flotation machine works, along with the rotation of the impeller, pulp from bottom of the tank sucked to the space between the impeller from the lower end of the impeller. At the same time, the low-pressure air also into it through the hollow shaft and air distributor of the impeller. After fully mixed of pulp and air, they are pushed from the upper part of the impeller to the diagonal and enter into the tank after the stator current and direction set. Bubbles rising into the foam-stable region, after the enrichment process, foam from the overflow weir of gravity overflow into the foam slot. Also a part of the pulp to the flow in the lower part of the impeller, impeller mixing, remix mineralization bubbles formed, the remaining pulp into the next slot, until it eventually becomes tailings.
The magnetic separation process, also named the magnetic separating production line and made up of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separating equipment, concentrator and dryer, is a wet and dry separation combination method of magnetite.
Production process: Storage bin—feeder—jaw crusher—jaw fine crusher—ball mill—spiral classifier—magnetic separator(fine powder). These machines are all connected by the belt conveyors.
The flotation separation process also known as the flotation separating production line realizes the mineral particle separation based on the working principle of different physical and chemical properties of the minerals leading to different floatability.
