Ball mill is serving as an essential device in construction industry. Today, most ball mill manufacturers have provided us products and services with great quality and have made much contribution to the national economy. The accessories and the liner plates are very important to the performance of ball mills, so how to properly replace these parts has been a core issue for not only manufacturers but also customers.

1. The oil of a ball mill after running a month should be changed, because the new equipment after running a certain amount of time will generate a lot of iron, if not clean them out timely, the wear of the machine will be increased. Therefore, the oil of ball mill should be changed each half year, which can reduce machine wear, and improve work performance.

2. Check oil temperature each four hours when use ball mill. The humidity of running ball mill will go up accordingly because friction, but it does not over 60 degrees. It’s abnormal if the humidity is exceeded 60 degrees, and some measures should be taken and some anomaly has to be processed in a timely manner.
